Additionally, the Jefferson Area Local Schools Academic Boosters will receive support, further enhancing the resources available for academic enrichment. Furthermore, the Thomas Zirkle Memorial ATECH Scholarship stands to benefit from these efforts, contributing to the advancement of technology education. Lastly, the Roaming Shores Kids’ Breakfast with Santa event will also receive assistance, ensuring the continuation of this heartwarming tradition for the community.

Payment in advance is required at the time of order and the last day we can accept an order is Feb. 20th.  Make checks payable to RSPBC and mail to 62 Rockaway Dr.  Roaming Shores, OH 44085.  Any individual who wishes to donate to this years’ plunge, please mail your check to this same address.  Questions, 330-507-4917 or 440-812-3441

Polar Bear Plunge Update
During this year’s Polar Bear Plunge, the Polar Bear Club brought in a total of $32,500!! This is $10,000 more than last year hitting a new record! Over 220 plungers participated this year. From our three participating schools (Pymatuning valley, Grand Valley and Jefferson) we also had a record number of student participation with 109 plungers! 54 of those students were from PV awarding them with most students that participated. In turn they also took the trophy for most money raised of the 3 schools. Congratulations to them! As a reminder to anyone not as familiar with the event, this event is held strictly in support of our schools. Profits are not used in the Polar Bear general fund. We are very grateful to be giving this $32,500 directly back to the kids! From the bottom of my heart thank you to everyone who participated, donated, or volunteered to this event! It is because of people like you that this club is able to give back so much to our kids.
